Hi, I’m Jen

A passionate life & health coach specializing in somatic practices tailored to empower women & teens. My journey into this transformative field was born out of a personal struggle with mental health during my teenage years. This experience became a catalyst, propelling me into the helping profession & sparking a dedicated exploration of trauma & its profound effects on the body.

I hold a profound belief in the intricate connection between trauma & the body, understanding firsthand the impact of past experiences on our physical & mental states. As a mother of two young daughters & the spouse of a veteran, my approach is characterized by compassion & understanding, recognizing the challenges & joys of balancing family, work & personal growth.

Beyond my professional commitments, I find solace in nature, am a lifelong student & maintain a deep appreciation for animals & spirituality. In fact, my household includes a lovable rescue pitbull (who thinks she’s a lapdog!) & a sassy cat, adding an extra layer of joy & laughter to my life.

I am particularly passionate about supporting moms with the balance of motherhood & self-care and helping teen girls navigate the challenges of adolescence. I recognize the unique experiences & needs of each individual & I am dedicated to providing a nurturing space for you to explore self-discovery, self-acceptance & holistic well-being.
